Crispy flat cap mushrooms stuffed with spinach, wild mushrooms & tomato sauce.

Chickpea & BBQ pulled carrot burger with sweet potato fries & red cabbage slaw.

Pan fried potato gnocchi            with butternut squash puree, wilted spinach & wild mushroom fricassee.

DESSERT

Chocolate, banana & pistachio sushi with orange sauce & puffed rice.

Pancakes with vanilla ice cream, caramelised bananas & salted caramel.

Mixed summer berries                    with sorbet, raspberry juice.
