Wild mushroom & tarragon risotto bonbons.

Falafel & BBQ pulled carrot burger, sweet potato fries, tomato chutney & root vegetables slaw.

Stir fry vegetables, noodles, lemongrass, chilli & shitake mushroom broth.

Roasted butternut squash,
char grilled polenta, wilted baby spinach & wild mushrooms.

DESSERT

Mango sorbet, passion fruit, coconut gel & shavings.

Caramelized pineapple, rum syrup & vanilla ice cream.

Poached apple, honeycomb, vanilla ice cream & caramel.
